All India Dental Wellness InitiativeBack
All India Dental Wellness Initiative aims at improving oral health and evolving an oral health index of the country. This initiative assesses the incidence and prevalence of dental and oral diseases, spreads awareness about oral health in the country and advises remedial action by forwarding recommendations to the Union Government to develop a healthy oral policy integrated with the national health policy.
With this aim IDA works with the following entities:
- Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
- Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Maharashtra.
- Dental Council of India
- State Dental Councils
- State Branches of IDA
- All India Dental Trade Association of India
